Case Study
The Challenge
Pinnacle Construction, a prominent commercial developer, was undertaking the construction of a 15-story mixed-use building in downtown Dallas. With tight deadlines, complex building codes, and a multi-million-dollar budget, they needed a reliable partner to ensure each phase of the project met the highest standards of quality and compliance. Avoiding delays or costly rework was critical to the success of the project, and ensuring the safety of future tenants and visitors was a top priority. Pinnacle approached Systemized Inspections Inc. to provide comprehensive inspection services across multiple aspects of the construction process, including phase inspections, code compliance reviews, and MEP system checks.
The Solution
Systemized Inspections Inc. deployed a team of certified inspectors with expertise in large-scale commercial projects. Our approach was designed to provide real-time feedback at critical milestones, ensuring that the project stayed on track while maintaining strict adherence to building codes and standards.
Phase Inspections: We conducted detailed inspections at every critical phase of the construction, from pre-pour and foundation work to framing and mechanical installations. This early involvement allowed us to catch issues before they became costly problems, including minor structural adjustments that could have led to significant delays.
Code Compliance Inspections: As construction progressed, our team performed in-depth code compliance checks to ensure that every aspect of the building adhered to local, state, and federal regulations. We worked closely with the project managers to ensure that all fire safety, electrical, and structural codes were met, reducing the risk of non-compliance fines and project delays.

MEP Inspections: Our inspectors carefully reviewed the installation of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. During the inspection process, we identified minor inconsistencies in the HVAC ductwork and electrical wiring, which we flagged and resolved early on, ensuring optimal system performance and safety.
